These terms apply when you access or use the Ethan Stein website. They cover use of the website only. They are not a loan agreement, Credit Guide or finance contract, and they don't replace Ethan's licence disclosures or any lender's terms.

Website information

Content on this website is general information about home loans, refinancing, pre-approval, property finance, investment property lending and lender options. It doesn't take your individual circumstances into account, and it isn't a guarantee of lending eligibility, approval, a particular interest rate or savings.

Any credit assistance or loan recommendation happens separately, through Ethan's mortgage broking process.

Lender information

Lender products, policies, interest rates, fees, eligibility requirements and credit criteria change from time to time, so information on this website may become outdated.

Ethan has access to a panel of 60+ lenders. Access to a lender doesn't guarantee eligibility, approval, suitability or a specific rate or product.

Pre-approval

Pre-approval is generally subject to lender criteria and is not the same as unconditional or final loan approval. Circumstances can change before final approval.

Home loan review

Submitting the form on the home loan review page is not a loan application. Reviewing an existing loan doesn't mean refinancing will be appropriate, and any potential savings depend on your circumstances, costs, rates and the lender options available.

No guarantee of results

Finance outcomes depend on individual circumstances and lender criteria apply. Using this website never guarantees approval, and examples or general statements on the site shouldn't be read as guarantees of future results.

Third-party services and links

This website uses or links to third-party services, including Calendly, Google reviews and Google links, Wistia video and lender websites where applicable. These services operate independently, have their own terms and privacy policies, and may change without Ethan's control. Ethan isn't responsible for their content or availability.

Bookings

Appointment availability shown through Calendly may change. Booking a call doesn't create a loan approval or any financial commitment. Booking details are also subject to Calendly's own terms and privacy practices.

Google reviews

Reviews shown on this website are genuine reviews from the third-party platform indicated, displayed as written. They reflect individual experiences and aren't a guarantee that every customer will receive the same outcome.

Intellectual property

Original website materials, including Ethan Stein branding, website copy, design, original photography and graphics, are protected by applicable intellectual property rights unless otherwise stated. Google, Calendly, lender logos and other third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
